All pilates classes are 55 minutes long and advanced booking is required. Please be mindful that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all booked pilates appointments and a 8 hour cancellation policy for all booked classes.
All cancelations must be made via the MindBody booking system. It is not possible for us to process cancellations received by phone or email.
