The Movement Practice offers weekly online group mat classes, for small groups between 4 and 12 people. We are committed to giving you personal attention, so you can get the most out of a group lesson and not get lost in the crowd.

How to book online
1. Click on ‘BOOK NOW’ to select your class, sign up and pay with iDEAL or credit card.
2. You will receive an email with Zoom link prior to the class starts (if you have not received a link 10 minutes before the lesson, we would like to hear this by email so that we can send it again)
3. Join with your laptop or computer – click on the meeting link and you will be forwarded to your lesson. If you participate with a tablet or phone, the Zoom app must first be downloaded. Enter the meeting code to enter the class. Try to log in a few min before the lesson so that the lesson can start on time.
You can participate with your regular mat card (both classes in the studio or online are the same prices and packages can be used to reserve a spot for both).
You can pay when you book a class or visit our Rates page to pay for classes or appointments.
You can also book and pay for classes via the MindBody booking system (credit card payments only).
All classes are by booking only.
