This course is an introduction to Pilates for people who benefit from a less heavy training at a slow pace. “Also a perfect setting for those who are dealing with or recovering from injuries and pain.”
During this 6 week course you will get familiar with Pilates mat exercises and how they can work for you. There is a maximum of 8 participants in this course.
