Coming from a corporate and academia environment and experienced also a phase of a stay-at-home motherhood, she discovered how the lifestyle and everyday habits damage our posture, creating problematic areas in our body or even pain. Pilates is a safe exercise for everyone and it may change the way the body performs from a simple gait cycle to more demanding activities.

Being part of Tmp team and get in touch with Pilates inside and outside of her working environment inspired her to join the BASI Pilates Mat and later the Comprehensive Global training at The Movement Practice. She is currently teaching mat and reformer classes as well as private sessions.
