What to do:
1. Take a picture of yourself in a Pilates pose.
2. Post the picture on The Movement Practice Facebook page.
3. Enter The Movement Practice as location (note: not The Mouvement Practice).
4. Tag the friends you would like to win a Private as well in your text.
5. The winner(s) will be announced by the end of the summer on The Movement Practice community page and our website.
