Extra Care introduction course
This course is an introduction to Pilates for people who benefit from a less heavy training at a slow pace. All Pilates is restorative in nature. Do you need that little bit of extra attention and time to safely perform the exercises, then this is the class for you.
During this 6 week course you will get familiar with Pilates mat exercises and how they can work for you. There is a maximum of 8 participants in this course.
Suitable for people who would like an introduction at a slower pace and the perfect setting for those of you who have a history with or recovering from pain and/or injuries. Join us and nourish your body with healthy movement, get stronger and feel better.
