Based on Mario’s personal experience with lower spinal injury and limitation, the workshop offers original repertoire that he has developed to gain deep strength and flexibility of the lower spine.
His goal is not the regurgitation of exercise, however, but equally focuses on an approach to how we think and analyse movement. So equal attention is given to understanding our own body and honing our eyes as tools for ‘body – scanning’.
In addition to learning repertoires on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair, the workshop participants come away with ideas of how, why and when we adjust our approach to movement.
